It is important to note that this Black Nitride finish, may exhibit wear as a normal consequence of use, although the manufacture states that this finish gives better corrosion protection than chrome plating we still recommend that this finish may require a small amount of maintenance to prevent corrosion.  They should be kept clean and dry, and periodically be wiped down with an oiled or silicone-impregnated cloth

Our first step in the process is to mill (port) 6 holes in the back of the club muscle, raising the center of gravity. This moves the sweet spot to the center of the club, just where it should be, giving your ball a lower more penetrating flight with a piercing trajectory and adding more control.

Second, we painstakingly mill the individual grooves in each wedge, then finish by milling the wedge face to achieve nearly 100 percent of the groove specification allowed by the U.S.G.A. This gives your ball more spin than any other wedge in golf.

Finally,
we apply the finish, our proprietary black nitride finish. We then complete the process by paint filling in

When this process is completed, you now have a beautiful wedge that produces a slightly lower, more penetrating ball flight with a piercing trajectory and 15 to 20 percent more spin just like a Tour Pro!!!
