This listing features a vintage K of C (Knights of Columbus) screw-back pin, honoring "Blood Donors".  The pin includes a red enameled heart.  The back the pin is noted, "Bastian Bros Co
Roch. NY".  Bastian Brothers made a lot of pins in the 1910's, 1920's and 1930's, and I believe this pin falls somewhere in that date range.
