“The concept of this odd and curious dioptric scope was first experimented with in George Washington’s time. Our multi-prism lens gives the observer 24 upright images of anything viewed. This miniature instrument’s bell-shaped casing (copyrighted) is made of layers of dyed birch which are laminated together with a special (patented) method. It should be noted, if you have a keen eye, that this device has been signed and dated on the brass retainer ring. You will find that there is an endless fascination to the multiple witness of simultaneous upright images... once, perhaps, unique only to a dragonfly.”
