It is in good condition for its age. A heavy, solid piece.
The brass cylinder is approx. 7" long and approx. 5" around. Each stained glass color wheel is approx. 10.5" around (3.25" diameter).

Each time I view the kaleidoscope, many different color combinations/shapes appear. Love it! I tried to take the pics from the viewing hole, but it was difficult to capture the size and beauty - it's only a small portion of what you really see..
