ORIGINAL ILLUSTRATION ART FROM RECORD LP - SIGNED BY ARTIST COUNT BASIE HANDY ?

Description

This original illustration came from an artist who worked on album cover art. This is an original, and I do not know it is...he did a lot of work for ABC records, but this looks like Count Basie with the hat on to me.  In the ABC stable at the time (it is signed by the artist on the back, and 1975) they also had John Handy who wore a similar hat.  If you know who it is I am curious.  In any event, it looks like water color to me.  It is signed by the artist on the back.
