This was this husband and wife duo's 3rd album.  It's a hard to find album and extremely scarce in this condition.  The cover is beautiful,
I've never seen such a nice one!
Albeit it has a few small flaws, t
he cover has just a tad surface wear on the front, a tad staining and a name on back.  Otherwise it has a very solid spine, edges and corners.  There are no splits or tape.  I rate it a EX+.  The vinyl looks fine with light scuffs and plays nicely with some crackle, VG+.
