    Cacoxinite and Amethyst Pendant set in Sterling Silver. This pendant is approximately 7/8 inch wide by 2 inch long. Two Cacoxinite cabochons (also called sacred 7 or super 7), 1/2 by 7/8 inch and 7/16 by 5/8 inch are flanked by a 6 by 8 mm Amethyst and a 4 mm Freshwater Pearl.
